The following are a list of insurance companies that we accept. If your insurance company is not on this list we will be happy to provide you with an insurance form so you can bill your insurance. Pacificare (Eye Specialist), Davis Vision, Avesis, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, United Healthcare APIPA, Spectera, Healthnet, Cigna Vision, Medicare Complete, Evercare, Humana, Eyemed, Sterling, Universal Health, Aetna (PPO indemnity, Choice POS2, Manage Choice). Please call if you do not see your insurance listed above. We are always adding new plans.
